As a UI/UX Designer at Stuzo, you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. 

Responsibilities + Activities: 

● Designing User Personas and Wireframing: Developing user personas and creating detailed wireframes to optimize user experience design. 

● Creating Designs for Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet Websites: Crafting intuitive and engaging designs for various platforms to enhance user interactions. 

● App Design for iOS/Android: Designing user-friendly and visually appealing applications for both iOS and Android platforms. 

● Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborating with our existing design team to bring innovative new concepts and ideas to the table. 

● Conducting Research and User Testing: Playing an active role in conducting research, coming up with own questions, and summarizing results to draw meaningful conclusions. ● Creating Documentation and Managing Projects: Writing basic documentation like MOUs, change logs, creating tickets on Jira, and maintaining files in Figma. ● Working Creatively and Independently: Contributing creatively to defined tasks, estimating timelines, and working independently with minimal check-ins. 

● Proactive Problem-Solving: Collaborating with other designers and teams to pre-empt issues and communicate your perspective effectively. 

● Iterative Design Process: Exploring multiple drafts and options, sharing preferred design choices with stakeholders. 

● Mid-Level Design Expertise: Capably handling cross-team communication, defending ideas with clients, and contributing to defining the ideal user experience. 

● Own Projects and User Flows: Owning significant pieces and user flows in projects as a core contributor.

● Seeking Feedback and Sharing Knowledge: Soliciting feedback for personal growth and knowledge sharing with peers.
